Traffic Rider: Highway Racing Guide

Traffic Rider is a first-person motorcycle racer where you weave through traffic and complete missions. You start on a basic bike and earn cash toward 34 motorbikes and 90 plus career missions. Passes above 100 kmh give bonus score and extra time, so close clean overtakes pay more than distance alone.

Modes: career endless time trial free ride

• Career: 90 plus missions like checkpoints, overtake counts, hold speed, and wheelie holds. Pays cash and unlocks bikes and areas.
• Endless: Ride until crash. Busiest in first 90 seconds, then settles. Best for practice and scores.
• Time Trial: 30 to 60 second clock. Each close overtake adds time. One-way is easier, two-way pays more.
• Free Ride: No timer or game over. Best for learning a new bike.

PC controls

Defaults can be remapped in settings. Up throttle, Down brake, Left Right steer, Y wheelie, H horn, T U look, R F gears, P or F1 pause. Tap to change lanes. Mobile loads but keyboard is more precise. See controls guide.

How to wheelie

Wheelies give bonus in Endless and are required by some Career tasks. Use a light quick bike, start slow then full throttle to lift, ease off to balance, steer gently in a clear lane. Finish the pass first for overtake plus wheelie tasks. Short repeats beat one long crash. Practice in Free Ride. Method in wheelie guide.

Upgrade order: power handling brakes

Each bike has Power Handling Brakes. Early take Handling plus some Power, mid add Power for timed runs, keep Brakes updated, late keep all balanced. Do not max a bike you will replace. See upgrade guide.

Earn cash fast

• Close passes above 100 kmh: Near misses give bonus cash and time.
• Opposite lane: Two-way oncoming lane multiplies pay. Use only with clear gaps.
• Wheelie stacking: Wheelie plus close passes on clear road is top multiplier. Stop before crash.
• Missions: Steadiest income. Check objective first.
