If you believe content available on EasyHub.Games infringes your copyright, please email us a notice that includes the following (as required by the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512):

    Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work
    A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).

  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material
    The specific URL(s) on EasyHub.Games that you want removed/disabled, plus enough detail for us to locate it.

  4. Good-faith statement
    A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. Accuracy and authority statement (under penalty of perjury)
    A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature
    Typing your full legal name is generally acceptable as an electronic signature.

DMCA Counter-Notice

If your content was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing us the following:

  1. Your contact information
    Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the removed/disabled material
    The URL(s) where the material appeared before it was removed/disabled.

  3. Statement under penalty of perjury
    A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Consent to jurisdiction / service of process
    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court under the DMCA and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party (or their agent).

  5. Your physical or electronic signature
    Typing your full legal name is generally acceptable as an electronic signature.

What happens next

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a legal action within the timeframe required by the DMCA, the material may be restored where appropriate.
