Welcome to EasyHub.Games (“EasyHub.Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any pages, features, and services (the “Service”).

1) The Service (Game Aggregator)

EasyHub.Games is a discovery and navigation hub for PC browser games. Games may be:

2) Eligibility

Our Content

The Service, including our site design, layout, branding, and original text/content, is owned by or licensed to EasyHub.Games and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service unless we give you written permission.

Third-Party Content

Games and related assets (names, logos, artwork, screenshots, and trademarks) are the property of their respective owners. Any references are used for identification and discovery purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyHub.Games and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to use the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any). If you paid nothing, the limit is USD $0 (or the minimum allowed by law).
